Welcome to Historic Southland Park

Southland Park is a relatively unknown neighborhood with historic charm and homes with plenty of room for the family. This area, which sits just to the south of Belvedere Road and just north of Southern Boulevard, offers a quiet setting for raising kids or retiring. Many homes border the Intracoastal Waterway, providing beautiful waterfront views as well as cool breezes year-round.

The architectural styles vary in Southland Park from the highly desirable Mediterranean revival style seen in other popular neighborhoods to classic ranch-style homes, to completely new builds. The same goes for the prices of homes. Here, you’ll find homes as much as $10 million on the waterfront all the down to the upper $500’s, depending on size and condition. Beds and baths vary greatly too, and many of the older, 1920’s homes only have two bedrooms and one bath while newly renovated homes can boast the more desirable 3/2’s.

Whether a neighborhood is a good place to live or not could also depend on the nearby amenities. Having a high walk score means that there are a lot of places nearby like stores, restaurants, coffee shops, schools, and more.

While the scores are by no means perfect, they are a good indicator for "stuff to do" around those places. Things like proximity to grocery stores, dining options, and parks can make a huge difference in your daily lives.

There are also plenty of dining options for the residents of Historic Southland Park, West Palm Beach. You can grab your morning cup of coffee from Peet's Coffee and Tea, Common Grounds Brew & Roastery, or Tacos Y Mas. Residents love to order tacos from Taco Bell, Zipitios, or Taqueria Mexicana El Paisa and burgers from BurgerFi, Cafe 1451, or Burger King. Ruth's Chris Steak House, Everglades Club, or CPB are some great spots for a fun dine-in experience.
